RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, items must be in original condition, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are not accepted for worn or damaged items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@sumei.eu. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your package. Note that return shipping costs, including customs fees, are the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, but please allow time for your bank to post it.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
