All orders are shipped via DHL. You may receive updates on the shipment status by using a tracking number included in the order confirmation email or sent separately afterwards. Please keep in mind that SUMEI is not responsible for any delays after the package is handed over to DHL. It is the customer's responsibility to contact DHL or their local partners in the country of destination to receive information regarding any delays that may occur.
Please note that our delivery fees do not include customs duties and further costs that may be due upon arrival of the package to the country of destination. Please contact local customs for more information.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You also need a receipt or other proof of purchase to get a refund. You loose the right for a refund once the item is worn or gets damaged in any way after you receive your order.
To initiate a return, you should contact us at mail@sumei.eu. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an email request for return will not be accepted. Please note that you will bear all costs of return shipping, including any customs fees that may occur.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, so that we can address the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
